When you have this new person, that’s when you make a post and invite just that person to it by replying to their comment. Then you chat to them.

RoS I think you got mixed up, the post deleted was mine not Rambly’s, but it’s ok, Rambly was having already having a convo with cricket.
No, i did remove yours as – having poked my nose it and mixed it up (sorry!), the conversation was moved. So your post is not needed. If a new visitor comes you can make another.
It is harder to manage than you’d think, but you were doing perfectly so sorry if I hacked it. Please keep doing as you were. Rambly is on hold, as are you, in case there’s another visitor.
Actually, if you wanted to, you and rambles could chat while you wait (with one eye on visitors) – If you/she would like?
